Can people sense a weird vibe from me?

Sometimes when I go to a public place, like shopping or whatever, I always notice people staring at me.. I know it's not in my mind because there are times when nobody pays attention to me but other times I catch people just staring at my face... It's really annoying because it's not like I look like a freak or anything, I look like an average girl with no makeup most of the time. Do you think maybe it's because I look mad/upset all the time? Can people sense a negative vibe from me even if I'm not talking and minding my own business because I'm a little socially awkward? I do have a lot of issues in my personal life.. Is it possible that shows in my eyes or something and people are like wtf is wrong with her?

You could do a test. When people are noticing you, put on a big smile (no one will know it's not real). See if they all stop looking. If so, then you did have the negative vibe. Try it. .
