Opening up my own toastie shop... business plan?

I am planning to open up my own toasted sandwich shop asap and need to get all my ideas/ plans down in a business plan - can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

The best way to develop a business plan is to look at sample plans and templates for similar businesses.
