Help me save my Business?

I need someone to help me with my Business - It is struggling at the moment and we need a qucik injection of cash flow.
We would like to see if anyone is interested in helping us get the business back on track and take control of teh business.
JUst we have made some bad decisions over the past six months and have been finding it very very hard to get it back on line.
We need to have someone with experience that might be able to help us with a business plan and push things going forward.
We do not want someone to suggest start up another name and go forward we are lookoing for someone that might be able to guide this on in the right direction with the current status.

Anyone out there interested in giving it a go???
Its an office and shop fitting business - turned over 4 million in three years but is behind around 250k at the moment - Do not want to close it down because there is potential - just the right person to help us through teh tough times

You need to get educated.

You might want to get some corporate credit if you can. This is credit that you allegedly don't have to pay back if the business fails.

I think some extra credit cash could hold you over until your business grows again. If your business fails then your business files bankruptcy - so you are getting a try without any risk. If your business succeeds, you are using credit to make your business rich. If you fail, your business can claim bankruptcy and your personal credit wont be affected.

You might as well do it. You will probably be abole to get 1/2 million in credit.

Go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor.

SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.
