People who know sims 2 open for business?

im getting sims 2 open for business. But i dont know which business i should choose from. Restaraunt, toy shop or salon. Is it possible to have a random shop with a toy shop, restaraunt, and salon. Or even only 2. (You can even make a reccomendation if you want)

Whenever I start a business in The Sims, I choose a store. It's simple and you can get a good amount of money once you get it going. You will have to help maintain the store for a while before it can run on it's own and produce income though. Hire sims that know what their doing and have your sim help as much a possible. Earn your sim talent badges such as sales or cash register skills. This will help make the customers happier.

You have to raise your store's rank up a bit before it can function on it's own. You will get stars depending on how happy the sims are the visit your store and the more stars you get, the better perks you will receive. Pretty soon you can chill at your sims house and just check in on the store every morning to make sure income is coming in. It can be difficult to get a steady income coming in though. Make sure when you leave your store that the income is positive or it will be making no money while you are gone

Well you can honestly sell anything you want. Here I'll give you a run down:

You can have a flower shop, toy shop, or robot shop. (The ex pack comes with special kind of tables to allow for these things to be built; however, you have to up your mechanical or logic or creativity skills to work through all the possible things. And the salon of course, but I haven't experimented with that yet.

Restaurants are very very hard to run. But hey, if you can do it; go you!

You can even sell regular objects you might furnish your house with because there is a special way to tag whatever items you want (explained in the game). So you could have a vase shop, or a refrigerator shop if you so desired.

If you combine businesses it will be harder to run. I would stick with one at a time until you really get the hang of it. My one sims home business bakery is hard to run and she only sells like 8 things lol. Maybe I just suck at business.

Basically, the possibilities are pretty much endless as to what you can sell. You will see when you get it; definently one of the more expansive expansion packs.

I hope I helped you understand a bit more.

Yea restruant
