If I wanted to open a sort of banana shop (baking, deserts, etc.), what kind of schooling would be required??

I love making yummy food with bananas. I was just curious what I would have to do to open up a lil shop to make my banana creations? SCHOOLING?? BUSINESS?? ANYTHING ELSE?? any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would suggest some culinary/pastry school so that you can offer a wide range of banana based treats and also take some business courses so that you know how to price and merchandise your goodies the best way possible and still make money. You will also need a food handler's license and check with your local Health Department on any other certifications they might require you to have.
