Do you have any ideas into making my business unique?

Well, my business is auto shop so i want to know any ideas you guys have about making my business unique make it stand out from the rest.
example such as there is a company that sells gum to make it more unique they make the gum into make your own gum, you can add flavors or colors.

so what can i make my business unique, stand out from the competition?

A lot of companies...including auto shops...are 9-5. However, many people work during the day. You could try having evening hours a couple days a week to serve the people that work during the day and don't have time to drop their cars off for maintenance during 9 to 5 because of commuting needs. It amazes me that so many business strictly hold daytime hours when so many people work during those times making their services unavailable.

Offer the right products at the right price at the right time. You can be unique by providing exceptional customer service, not by investing in gimmicks. What do you look for from an auto shop? Be that company!!!

Offer coffee and newspapers to people while their oil is being changed. Oh wait, that's taken. CURSE YOU MIDAS!!!

On a serious note, um...I dunno, lol.

Auto shops have the reputation for being intimidating to customers (especially women). Why not focus on customer service to women? Make your place the right choice for female drivers. Do this by developing your sales approach. Women want to be respected and they also don't want to be leered at by mechanics. Many women know little about cars, so educate them. Hold a monthly seminar for women on basic auto repair and maintenance. If you develop this reputation as the auto shop that caters to women, you can literally retire early!
