My local gun shop refuses to do business with me. How do I buy a gun?

I am no longer a 14th amendment citizen, so the local federal gun store won't do business with me.

Since a fiction can only interact with another fiction, they won't sell me a gun because I am solely a living man and not a corporation like federal citizens.

I'm looking for a baby Browning vest pocket pistol, and have found plenty of them, but finding another living person who wants to sell one is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Is there any living / moral individual out there who has one you'd like to sell?

Wait, wait now. Are you saying you answered yes to Question 11.L.? Did you renounce your US citizenship? Why on earth would you do that? I've never seen ANYONE answer yes to that one. Now I hate all gun laws and think that there ought to be none at all, but you gots to be a citizen to buy guns from a licenced dealer. I don't have any in stock right now, but I got an old friend at another store whose got like 5-6. Let my know if you reaply and get back in. To buy guns in the greatest country in the world you have to be a member of it. That said this isn't the best classified, put an add in the Gunlist or Shotgun News.

well in order to buy a gun you have to be us citezen and you can try to go to a gun show and try buying one there.

Since you are apparently not legal to buy a firearm in the USA, what you are asking is how to ILLEGALLY purchase a firearm in the USA. Obviously this is a criminal activity that carrys harsh fines and jail time, when they catch you( which they will) you'll end up in jail, where you belong.

Why on Earth would you renounce your citizenship?
The Second Ammendment protects the gun rights of CITIZENS.
Non-Citizens in the United States have no buisness owning guns in a country, they, obviously don't care for the leadership of.

My advice? Find yourself a country you DO wish to be a part of, Move there and obtain citizenship, and buy you a gun there!

I hate riddles! What is clear is that you no longer possess your rights of U.S. citizenship ... which means one of six things happened:
a) You renounced your citizenship,
b) You are a member of an organization dedicated to the overthrow of the US government,
c) You are a convicted felon,
d) You have been institutionalized for treatment of a mental disorder,
e) You have been convicted of a charge of domestic violence, or
f) You have a final restraining order filed against you.

If it was because of mental illness, I feel for you, but your ability to distinguish right from wrong is apparently impaired, so your right of firearms ownership was rescinded.

If you were found guilty of a crime or domestic violence .... well, shame on you!

If a judge found cause to issue a final restraining order, perhaps you have an anger issue ... better that you do not own a firearm.

Under the law, no business is obligated to conduct business with every person that crosses their threshold. Obviously, you have done something to cause them to have concerns about conducting business with you! Kudos to them!

It is no small feat to lose your rights of citizenship ... but you accomplished that! Congratulations, you have gotten what you obviously deserved!

I dont want somebody that is not a citezen of the us having weapons, especially a small concealable one.

morality is the key... so you can't have legality without morality...
change your ways, and fix your status, and you'll be a happier person...

I know HOW you could get that gun but if you are not a legal citizen of the USA there is no way in... (you know where) that I would tell you. Perhaps you could go back to your country and get a gun there. The Constitution is there to protect American citizens, not every citizen of the world.
