i own a seafood and take away business i want to sell it, due to back problem it,s selling cheap long lease great potntial whats the best way to advertise it without the real estates taking a percentage

invite friends.. word of mouth is one of the best way to advertise.. you can also publish it on the internet or in local and national newspapers.. be creative in doing your advertisement so that you can attract customers..
