Business loans?

I am looking in to buying a local shop and need a business loan of 100000 what is the best way of going about this. I don't have the best credit rating and I don't own my own home. I also live in Australia. Also what banks or companies do you think will lend to me.

hmm with your credit rate and with the amount you need loaned i guess the only thing you could do is wait until your credit rate gets better and you have more money in the bank or you could always get a business loan from the bank but you would have to pay so much interest. but you could pay little by little.
