you have to invest good and updated computers so your customers will not complain when they are in your shop. remember, in business we have to have good relationship with customers right? moreover, make them feel comfortable in ur shop, like ergonomically designed chairs (so they will not get tired easily even they are only seating), make some freebies like if they will be staying for 3hrs, they are entitled to have 1 glass of juice.. something like that.. i hope i can be of help to u. i am always excited in putting up a business... dont forget the marketing strategies ok?

You must ensure large variety of goods at favorable price especially the express mail transaction fees. 'Cause lots of E-customers including me, just wanna get what I we can get from store at far lower price even without express mail fees.

Although the prices at E-shop seem lower , total value is more expensive than that of real stores as Post fees take leads .

Anyway, it is not visable to make living by opening E-shops
