Petite business suits in nyc??

hope anyone can help. my girlfriend is 4'11" and weighs about 90 lbs. when it comes to finding clothing for her it could get real difficult and frustrating. she is usually forced to buy clothing and then getting them altered. but now she has just started a job where business attire is required. we've been shopping everywhere trying to find a good suit for her but we havent had any luck. does anyone know of a place to find small petite clothing for a business woman. i know there has to be other woman out there with the similar problem so any help is going to make my life as well as hers so much easier.

I am the exact same height and have the same problem. Ann Taylor is really great for skirt suits. There pants vary and arent always an easy fit. They are still probably the best bet.

Express has a few 0 shorts and then you can normally rely on maybe finding a matching jacket. But there probably only good if you are looking for a plain simple black suit.

Skirt suits are going to be the better option and then to look for a place where you only need to get the pants hemmed, jackets normally fit better.
