What's another side line business I could add to my convenience store??

I have a convenience store that has gas pumps and a bait shop, I have room in the back to expand and I also have enough room to build another shop. It's on a very busy highway but theres already another gas station on the same side of the highway that does real well. Any ideas what I could do or add to the building to bring in more customers. What's another side line business I could add, mechanic shop, marine, small engine ect... there are alot of lakes in my area, thats why I sometimes question marine or boating. Any ideas what a person could do out front to make people want to stop. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas thanks alot.

If its a busy highway and you have a lot of fisherman in the area, you'd be well off to put some made-to-order food in there. Sell subs, pizza, burgers...fast-food. And don't sublet the space to a Subway or anything. They are a pain and you won't make the money you want. Just build a reputation for having good quality sandwiches and such and you'll do fine.

Also, since you have a lot of fisherman coming thru, beer is gonna be a big draw. Put up displays, advertise sales, and have a good selection of cheap beer. When sitting out on the lake all day, guys won't be drinking Guinness. It's gonna be Bud, Coors, etc....

get the attention of every pot head within 50 miles open up a "headshop" sell smoking accessories its guaranteed good business if its legal in your area!!!!!!! to make people stop hire models to hold up advertisements i always stop or at least slow down to see whats going on!
