In what ways can a tea/coffee shop onwer increase his business?

1. Change location
2. Advertise, or find better ways to advertise
3. Find out WHY he isn't getting the business he wants, then try to change whatever it is.

Are the drinks terrible? Improve the menu. Does nobody know that the shop exists? Advertise, or move the shop.

The thing about coffee/tea is that everyone drinks it, but it has to be on the way to their job, or ON the job premeses. You have to have a captive audience. If there is a coffeeshop across the street, and people can make a right-hand turn to get in there, but have to make a U-turn to get to YOUR place, they will always choose the other place.

Last...your prices...are they too high? Is your menu too hard to decipher? Are you not offering enough selection? Are people unhappy with the hygeine or layout of the shop?

Sell donuts and sweet rolls.
