Do any of you refuse to shop @ Walmart based upon their business practices?

yes, iused to work there. now i no longer give them my buisness. it is not the same since the main owner died.

Nope, I do a bulk of my shopping there, they have low prices. Walmart is a very profitable business, and there is nothing wrong with that.

no, i dont shop at walmart because its full of people who have nothing better to do than hang out. not kids, but adults who spend their whole day at walmart, and are in my way when im trying to buy cheap jeans, and motor oil. they block the aisles, fill the parking lot, and they are not even shopping. it drives me crazy.

No, I refuse to shop at Walmart because I don't like wondering around in a huge warehouse where there aren't people who are eager to help you find what you want and then you end up having to stand in a huge line even if you only have one item.

No. Walmart is an excellent example of a company that implements technology and uses microeconomics to its benefit, and that benefit is passed on to the consumer through low prices and increased competitiveness.

If that's bad business practice - well then I certainly would like to know what good business practice is.

I shop at Wally World cause it is cheap but I will definately turn against it if it decides to build one close to me, b/c traffic will be chaotic, and statistics show that it also increases the crime rate in its neighborhood, and well I love the Target that's close to me, it's convienent, clean, and doin' well i business, and if Walmart decides to build close to it, then Target will lose it's customers and I will then hate Wally World.

I shop at walmart all the time... The town I'm in is getting a supercenter walmart. theres a group of 5 business men intown that own 90% of the businesses and have a stranglehold on the town and the prices they charge are to hight for most midle to low incomme to even live anywhere but ghetto type housing

I shop at walmart on a weekly basis. I have a friend who calls it the evil place. If she is visiting and takes a notion to go shopping in the middle of the night, she will go into a walmart with me.
