How do I get funds to start a business. Particularly a rim and tire shop.?

I want to install music equipment as well as sell tires and rims. I have no idea on how to get started?

easier to start out sellin used tires an doin repairs on tires...mounting ..balanceing patches n plugs..do small mechanic work or detail cars on the side for a few car lots that are close by if u can get them to deliver the cars to ur shop...work up to better building from there.. thats the way a buddy of mine worked his way up..but....the tire machine an balancers arent cheap either..but might can get a small buisness loan to buy those... an buy a few cars an get em runnin nice an sell em for a profit if ya cant get a loan...my buddy did really well starting up that way
