Free shopping cart for my site?

I need to have a shopping cart for my graphic design site where you can purchase web design or flyers, business card etc..

I don't need it free but at least in the beginning I do because I don't have a lot of money for start up costs, I have seen a couple that let you have the program for free at first.

But how does it work when someone pays with their credit card? Do I need to get an account somewhere for that I would like it to be like any website where someone can just add items to their cart and check out paying with their credit card.

I know there are many free online store. They could supply what you need. you could use their system to sell your products.

Check out Mal's e-commerce. They have a great free system. You put coding into your website and it links it to the shopping cart. You will need to have a merchant account with a bank to make this work.
