What would be considered business casual for my high school reunion?

I have my 15 yr high school reunion coming up in a few weeks and the invitation says "business casual". I was thinking of just a nice little black dress, but now I'm not so sure. HELP!!!! I need to go shopping!

Black dress and accessories , always win out . Big chunky necklace and cuffs . Black tights , with a nice set of heels , You can do anything with The Little Black Dress ! My 35 Reunion is coming up an Vera Wang just put out some of her designs at Target ! I see a cute little black dress and am thinking of checking it out . Although my reunion is the 35 , i think more of the classmates are going for botox than , dresses . Not me , I'm proud of my wrinkles and earned every one of them . Have fun at your reunion !

Flat shoes and a nice dress....or trousers a shirt and heels.

The term 'business casual' applies mainly to men. As a woman you can wear a simple dress if that is what you desire. I would try Chico's, Talbot's or NY and Co.

not black so you would stand out, its good for any body shape! not too dressy and doesnt look like you have gone to any extra effort to look good, get a good pair of heels and some great jewellery! maybe ... http://www.monsoon.co.uk/invt/18155205 ? and dont forget some stunning lingerie! just to make you feel a million dollers.

business casual is polo-shirt, pleated-pants and loafers. for women: blouse, skirt, stocking and low heels.

No little black dress, unless it's a business looking black dress.

A solid twin sweater set in any color (could be black) except the metallics with a knee-length skirt and ballerina flats, medium heeled pumps, or closed toe sling backs would fit the bill.

Look at this as, if you have your own business and you were dressing down, but still had to meet with important clients (clients who pay a LOT of money to your business) you still want to make a great impression (but still feel comfortable, but not look too casual either).
