I have a good business idea but how do i get the right specialist?

I thought of an brilliant business idea.
But i need someone trusted to maufacture this item.
How to i go about?

An simple example.
Mr A thought of an idea of putting wheels below a shopping cart.
A Mall took this idea an order 50 pieces.

Mr A does not have the expertise to do a cart with wheels neither does he knew of anyone who manufacture carts.

He go to the Cart maker to get assistance.
The Cart maker steals his ideas, and sold it directly to the Mall.

How do he prevent this situation from happening?

You either become yourself the specialist, or you do some research by yourself and become self-literate...or....you can applu a copyright on your idea. That's it.
