Wat are my weaknesses in the business' internal control system? how can I correct them w/ I.C. procedures?

I own a grocery store and employ 3 ppl, Sue, Jack and Amy.
Sue counts the cash, clear the register n banks them, she also write n sign cheques to pay our supplier.
Jack order the stock, its delivery, prices the stock and shelves them. He deals everythin to do w/ stock n deliveries.I own a delivery van which he likes to take home at night.
Amy works on the register, she got many frens which i think is good for d business. She also writes down special orders and its delivery at the back of the receipts but sometimes she loses them.

but, I'm forgetful and not sure of how much stock we had or when it is ordered. buyer prefer other shop coz they cant get wat they want. business also run out of money unexpectedly somtym. I usually ask d workers on their work hours and paid them properly.

I lyk to take home the supplies but usually forget to write it down. bottom line, I dont make as much money.

You can start by working on your spelling sweetie. Hard to take a business owner/professional seriously when their writing is full of typos and bad internet slang/shorthand.
