Starting a Scuba diving business?

i am going to start a diving business. It is going to involve a boat, van, and a shop. the shop will sell gear ect. There will also be a pool to educate new divers. Any other ideas or anything to add at all? anything helps

underwater cameras/pictures. Try making a big saltwater pool and mimic live fishes there to train new divers not to be startled by meeting large animals underwater. I have been to a dive spot recently and they have this large saltwater pools which houses 3 sharks, big fishes and 1 large turtle. all harmless of course. Have a few dive sites accredit your business so you can also have access there. Gear rental could also be an option for those who just want to experience diving for one time only.

Always sell sunscreen, sunglasses, booze and Pelican Cases.... You'll have a lot of happy customers.....

I also enjoy a good shower [wetsuit on] after diving to wash the suit.... I've been a couple places where they just hose you down.... and that works but warm water is nice.

Ok the Booze is only half serious.... you can just serve it.... you don't have to sell it ;)

Oh and maybe sell those little thingys of duct tape [or better PermaCel]... I always break something.
