Starting a business in Colorado. Any professional Advice????

I want to start a business in Colorado. My husband wants to build log furniture and I want to open a paint your own ceramics shop. We will be moving to a small tourist town. Anybody have any idea which would be a better business. TIA!

I honestly don't see why you couldn't combine both of those ideas into a profitable venture. Actually it would be pretty nifty if you had a build your own furniture business. You could have all the supplies, tools, designs prepared and walk your customers through the actual building process. So many do-it-yourselfers are out there but they procrastinate and never get around to the actual doing. That's the niche you could fit in. Good Luck though w/ whatever you decide to do.
