Do my 10 year old daughters need a business license? |
My daughters want to open up a small shop at our house. They plan to sell things they bought in bulk, as well as things they've made and some left overs from my mother's shop that she closed a couple of years ago. Call your city or county Chamber of Commerce. They will have all the knowledge of your local situation. I would be willing to bet that they will need to have some sort of a tax license, and there may be a couple other local organizations that you will need to get their approval. IE zoning, city planning, etc. |
