Business eviction notice?

hello,
we own a Franchise (2 years). Starting Jan 1, we closed the store so we wouldn't loose more money than we already have (close to 80 -100,000) from which almost all is personally guaranteed. We are back on employee taxes. back on one months lease and since I have the keys to the shop I am also required to pay this months lease up until the day i give the keys back.
The franchisor has the master lease on this property and we are the subleasor.
I got an eviction notice on the 12th from the court (the franchisor vs. our corporation) saying that I have until the 15th before forceful entry or whatnot.
we have asked the franchisor to sell this business for 1 year. now they come forward and want to buy it back for 60K when we paid 200K at the time we bought it. we have it listed with a realtor and are waiting to hear form him. there were 3 possible buyers. but everything is coming due so quick.
if i contact my lawyer can he extend the eviction?
any other possibilities?
