EBay business with memory cards?

Ok ive seen many dealers on eBay who own shops with thousands of items, mostly memory cards for phones Playstations, RAMS for computers and more. They make a lot of money by this and i just want to know if anyone knows where they start and where they buy the goods from?

Well in order to purchase Playstation, Xbox, or Nintendo game consoles from a distributor for resale, you have to have a special license that you acquire through the company. In order to get one you must be a legal business, and have the ability to move thousands of dollars in merchandise each month. Most people who sell video game consoles on eBay get them from other sources like liquidators. Even if you manage to get the license, profit margins are VERY slim. Let's say you want to purchase a Playstation 3, and it costs $499.00 in regular retail outlets like Best Buy. The best wholesale price you're likely to get it at is $482.00. Good luck selling that on eBay. Because the profit margins are so slim, their aren't that many wholsale distributors. I've come across 7 in my research, one of them being the largest video game supplier in North America, and they're struggling just to stay above even. Because of this many of them require a minimum purchase order which can be very pricey.
