How can a Canadian company do business in the US? |
I am a Canadian citizen that has been contacted by a US company to design some machined parts for them. The machine shop that I have chosen and the customer are both located in Texas. What licenses/ paper work etc. do I need in order to do business with this company? Can I open a US bank account and just accept payment in the US? Do I need to pay Canadian or US taxes or both? How do I proceed? I鈥檓 an engineer and don鈥檛 know the first step of starting a business. by paying off the goverment |
