What are some good resources, suggestions, and guidelines for starting a small computer repair business? |
I've been toying with the idea of starting a small computer repair business but I have no idea where to begin, and most of the successful shops around here don't like you poking around asking questions about how they run their shop to keep it up and running. If it helps, I am currently living in Mississippi if anyone happens to know their specific laws. Can you work on both Mac's and PC's or just PC's...what is your speciality? Is it hardware/software or networking? Pin point what specific things you can do that your competition can't and you'll have a leg up! The idea you have is very great and i must say that you are taking bold step in accomplishing it.
