What right do you have to tell my business to hire people of a minority?

Hey I'm a non-racist white. But if I want to open a shop, you can't tell me I have to "make up past wrongs of my race." SCREW YOU!!!

You know, I'll hire who ever I think is best for the job. And it's no one's business (except mine of coarse) what race my workers are. And while I'm not a racist, quite frankly I have the RIGHT to be! And so do you!!! But not with aggression!!!

My point is the free-market is what solves racism. Not tyranical quota hires. People of all ethicities should strongly agree, otherwise they are truly racist.

I say with true pride that I am 100 percent NOT racist. Race itself meets nothing. These are social issues, not skin issues.

yeah you're right u can hire anyone u want...and if u do have your own business don't be a bias a-hole and hire nothing but white kids or hispanic kids b/c u think its "cheap labor" (a lot of ppl with businesses think this way about the hispanic race) Just do whats right and hire ppl b/c of ther character and how they present themselves
