I wanted to open a business with a parter and what do I need. Its a airbrush shop in a mall in houston tx.?

I just want to know what I need before I try talking to the mall or any perosnel. Example Tax ID and how do I get it ect

If you are going to start this business with a partner, be sure to have a buy-sell agreement. A buy-sell agreement is a binding contract between the partners that defines: 1) What events will trigger a buyout, 2) the price that is to be paid for the disassociating partner's interest in the business, and 3) who can buy the dis-associating partner's interest (e.g. outsiders vs. other partners in the business).
