Supermarket/Advil Dream: (?) Can you give an opinion/insight on this?

I had this dream last night, and am curious........... it was odd.

I was in the supermarket shopping. I was talking to a friend(?) and some other people as i was going about my business shopping for things on my list. The store was full of people. There was this lady (probably around my mother's age) that was shopping in the store as well. We chit chatted a few times about stuff..... grocery related, as well as just striking up a basic conversation.
We kept running into eachother in the store. She kept asking me if i knew what aisle a certain item off of her list was in. (different items) She didnt know her way around. And i'd do my best to direct her to the aisle. She looked confused and scared. Then she said she was looking for asprin (advil) et cetera. She had a terrible headache and was trying to locate pain relievers. So i pointed her in the direction of the aisle because i knew where they were at. (I went into that aisle often)....

The aisle was empty (all the pain relievers were gone). And she said she really needed them because she had to take care of her headache 'tonight'. So I aplogised saying that i had been looking for advil too, but they were out. And i suggested she try another grocery store. But she said she couldn't. That store was the only place she could get them. She had wanted a bottle of 500 but there were none left, even in the smaller counts. She kept going back to that aisle looking for pain relievers, even though the aisle was empty. I was keeping an eye on her while i was shopping because she looked really scared and confused, and i was becoming worried. She went back into the aisle for the advil (like the 7th or 8th time) and i said to my friend, (that i was talking to) That she had already been to that ailse a number of times. She really needed advil (?)
I had a 4pk (travel pack) that they sell in convience stores in my purse.....

Could be. (DISCLAIMER:: Its your mental universe the idea of dream interpetation is unbelieable hard when I'm using my perception to understand yours::DISCLAMER) I think MAYBE that what you dealing with is an archotype of your mother, she is lost and without direction in her life, and she keeps thinking this ONE thing will cure it. You've been dealing with this for awhile with no idea how to help her. The sub-conicous can't let go because of what she represent is also you in the future. So this could be a matter of your mind MAKING you see that going for ONE thing could cause you to hurt yourself. It was trying to give you an outside perception of that, ether that or its a mother situation, were your mother is the one in the crisis and your mind want'd to hopfully see a way your could help her. Its just the symbols in a dream that you need to look at our the charaters and what there doing, the rest tends to be... filler? Because if you spend enough looking around the fillers tend to change moment by moment but the charaters always stay the same.
