I am opening a fish n chip shop in beverly hill in sydney!?

i am going to buy a fish n chip shop business @ beverly hill, at the moment the business is so so, because the shop is old, so iam planning to renovate it a little bit, make it more modern. anyone got any idea of food or menu or other useful idea and opinion!!

Offer good coffees and have a wi-fi access hub that customers can use for free. Perhaps take a portion of the restaurant and put lounge chairs, coffee tables and reading materials / music for folks to enjoy before or after a meal, and within which they can surf the net on your hub.

Though atmosphere and modernization is important (most of the time), make sure you focus on your product: food. Either make it the best available at average prices or fair quality at cheap prices (though, of course, people want the best for cheap, but life often doesn't work that way). Focus on the food and advertising people to come try it. If people like the food they will come back, if not, it doesn't matter how much you do to renovate.
