Have you ever had a business owner treat you badly?

Went back to repair shop to pick up 鈥渇ixed鈥?item,owner was a little rude 1st time, took 2 friends 2nd time.clerk (different person from owner) asked us how can he help us & while the first clerk was looking for the item, the owner of the shop came out from a back room & said oh its the whiner & slammed item down on the counter & said they didn't work on the item.get out of my store he started to yell.the other 2 friends just stood there with their mouths wide open, the owner was behind them like a bully.the friends were trying to keep him from touching them.as the owner was still yelling 1 friend called 911.the police showed up the friends gave their statements & the officer said he would talk to the owner.when the owner came out waving his hands & stating that he wanted my friends off his property because they were not wanted, one of the friends was so scared they hid behind the officer.the officer did take their information, but didn't understand why this man was being like this.

Yes. I've had one treat me like I was a total idiot (which I'm not,) & more recently had one treat me like I couldn't afford his services & therefore didn't deserve his respect. As a result of his attitude, I spent my $20K elsewhere.

Yes, unfortunately, I have had a number of store owners, or at least managers, be rude to me, tho nothing quite as extreme as that. Naturally, I never went back. I can't understand how they can dare to be so unkind to their customers. It is bad for business. I do not do business with rude people, and I bet I am not the only one who feels that way.
