Im being sued for $28,000 for rent.?

i rented a spot from a shopping strip. i had a business and it failed so i couldnt pay my entire rent. i got mail saying im being sued for
$28, 000. if i go to court and lose will i make payments every month because i am in great debt with credit card companies as well. im filing bankruptsy. will i pay monthly payments? and if so how much do you think they will be?

If you are filing for bankruptcy, it won't matter.

Like the previous poster said, if you're filing bankruptcy, forget about it. Better let the court or whoever know you're filing.
