With good enough space, Shopping Cart included, Being able to upload my own Templates and that allow you to Rank my Website into Google, Yahoo, etc, that way I can appear on top in such search engines. please can anyone recommend any fair sites? It could be from cheap, but not too expensive.

I agree. Bluehost is great for this type of website. My current site, www.1-800badcredit.com is on SBI. But I'm not entirely happy with it. I have my Wordpress blog on Bluehost and I think it's great. They use C-panel so you can get at all your files real easy and upload third party plugins easily.

I use Yahoo for my sites. I am a photographer but am about to make a site for a florist who wants to use shopping cart stuff. it's going to be about $35 per month for all that. Never had trouble with Yahoo and they offer help on how to get your site noticed using tags and key words.
