What website hosting service is best?

I'm in charge of developing a website for someone's small business. I'm great with html and css, but I'm not so sure about actual webhosting. I've only had experience with my school's webspace for it's students. Does anyone have good recommendations?

Theres one with "fruit" in the name but I cant recall it. But its more developed and let's you move around things free hand. adding pictures music; etc

freewebs is prob the easiest one out there. its for easy beginners.

if you want paid one, go for godaddy.com - it is cheap and good.
also, dreamhost and hostgator are good..
if you want free hosting, you can use office live hosting
