Best hosting for high volume video and audio site?

I am considering a business selling video and audio clips for use in broadcast, commercial or personal projects. Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable hosting service that could serve large video files (500MB or larger). The server would also need to have a conversion package like ffmpeg installed for resizing videos to provide previews with a watermark. Of course, I would prefer to start inexpensively and then scale the service as it grows. I would love a "pay as you grow" type service! So far none of my searches has turned up a perfect solution.

SniperAC: No, I don't need programming. I will either buy a package to do it, or code it myself if I can't find what I want pre-built. I've actually looked at hostmonster, but they seem to be overselling and not managing their services very well, and they have horrible reviews.

From my research, to get what I want, I may need to go co-lo or managed dedicated. I'm going to eventually need way more than 300GB, and transfer will need to be pretty massive as well.

hostmonster.com for hosting but if you are looking for a place to code the web site for this then find a programer no site hosts will build a site to this specification as watermarks are in the video it self and previews of video will need to be cut to size.
