Website creator and hosting questions.?

Ok so i am pretty good on computers, but i really need some help makking and hosting my website, for my small business. I would like to know of some websites that I can create my website, with VIDEO capabilities, (and work with a mac) and host it for under $25 a month. Any help would be fantastic!!!

It's crazy that I've answered this 3 times today.

1. Buy a cheap domain. Search on google or see if yahoo still offers the first-time buyer, first year: $2.00 deal.

2. Go to blogger.com and sign up for a blog, doesn't matter what you name it. (unlimited bandwidth, free. No ads, unless you want them.)

3. Use the help section to look for "custom domain" and you'll learn how to link google's unlimited bandwidth and VIDEO capabilities...to your custom domain.

4. Use google search to learn how to tweak your template so that the site looks how you want.

All that - for $2.00 first year. Not too shabby.
