Why wont my email to ***************@bordermail.com send?

I have been trying to send an email to an address I was given but keep getting the following message any idea why?

I know the address is legitimate as it's a private business but it will not send from any of my email addresses being yahoo, hotmail and bigpond, I keep getting a simular message.
This is not the first time its happened, I cant get emails to go to my cousin in New Zealand using xtra.com either!
Is there a setting I need to change?
Someone please help as this is driving me crazy.

I use firefox and run windows XP service pack 3 if thats any help!

Boardermail is not an email service that a business would be using. It's just another web-based advertising sponsored email service. And not a very good one at that. I tried using it for a while and was not impressed at all. There is no blocking function offered with it. I suspect the address you have is incorrect in some way.

They could be blocking emails from places like yahoo and hotmail. Many business block emails from sites yahoo and hotmail because anyone can use then to send viruses and spam. Try using the one that your isp provides.
