If my business, located in Ohio, host's Continuing Education as part of our business model...?

are those classes considered a "retail" sale? I've searched the tax laws of Ohio, asked my accountant and so on. No one seems to know. Any pointers?

Call the state of Ohio! They should have a department set up to answer those kinds of questions.
