Can anyone help me with how to add a discussion forum/BB to my website?

I have bought the web hosting solution through Yahoo India Small Business and built a very basic website using Yahoo Site Solution. Now I want to add a discussion forum or bulletein board to it. I thought I could do that using PhP BB but got to know that Yahoo Small India business does not support this function. Can anyone suggest me an alternative and guide me how to do it?

Check yahoo control panel , there must be way to install forum.
