What web hosting company might I want to consider if I was looking for one with an excellent web builder?

At this time I am looking to set up a personal travel website and maybe later for business, but first I need to find a strong web hosting company. I have looked up several including Lunarpages, Infinology, Host Monster, StartLogic, and Blut Host. I will not pretend to know all that much about web hosting, but what I do know is that I want a very profesional looking website when I am done, which means I need one with an excellent web builder. Lunarpages is the only one that has shown the profionalism of their web builder program. However, with that being said, if any of you know something that I don't like a more qualified web hosting company that you recoment, I am more than willing to pay attention. Honestly you get what you pay for. Website builder are not true html code and have limitations. You need to learn a programming language or pay a web designer.
