What is a Good Website Designing/Hosting Company?

I'm in the process of starting my own business and I've been trying to figure out a budget. So i'm looking for anybody that has any input on Website design ? and a Good site for Hosting. I live in Alberta, Canada so keep that in mind. thanks in advance.

Yahoo hosting and Yahoo sitebuilder. Very inexpensive, very reliable, and easy to use. They have the service in Canada.

Contact me. My business is in web designing and web hosting. My prices are the best you will find out there. I will beat any competitors price. I can probably also offer you a really good hosting package as well. I do payment plans too for web designing. Contact me if you're interested brent@uaservers.com

Personally I would wait, untill your business launches, after you read the market to see if a majority of your customers will even come to your business because of the website..otherwise, its just a waste of money..unless of course your business is 100% web based. then I would choose Godaddy.com for hosting, they are the best out there. 24/7 support, and when you call tech support, engish speaking (as a first language) people help you. I have been using them for years for my business; and as a side note, dont ever let somone build your site, unless you know them personally or are going to a store to have it done; Alot of people have back doors and trails to steal data, such as customers CC, and other proprietary information.

Try this you won't belive it http://www.agloco.com/r/BBDW3648 its the easyest way to make money ?And its Free...

It all depend on many different factors.

type of business
type of web content
your internet experience
are you selling online
are you going to make updates or have someone else

It does all depend on knowledge the more you know about what you are doing and how websites work the better you can explain your site and the closer it will be to your idea.

I am getting a computer science degree and if you need help I will be more than happy to give you an idea of what to expect for free just to help you along the way.

I would be hesitant about anything under a $1000 well yahoo has you build the site.

And if you are selling Items and have customer data that needs to be transfered a large part of the time it end up have to manually tranfering all data individually which you have avoided the cost initially but paying forit later on.

Look into Joomla It is a content managment system when you go on the site it is over whelming but they have almost everything that you could think of and all these webdesigners have to do is plug in the the peices and making the site work well

If you want a completely customizable website It start @ 10,000-15,0000 to the skys the limit.

Once you have decided what you want to do with the site and decided the price go search online email all web design er site and freelance sites post a job and people bid and post what requirements you have and $ limitations and ask for their portfolio. Here is wher it get hairy because every person has their streghts and weeknesses.

let start with programming you may find a programmer that is great the site will work perfect everytime and he has made it easy to add on but he lacks design and prettyness while another designer has a pretty design and loks gorgious but it lacks fuctionality and it is difficult to use and it will have to be redesigned.

And then you have the computer internet gurus that has set up a site offers great prices and does ok design and hard to use. this is why you need to read up.

but if you need help email me please no spam sisk.joshua@yahoo.com

I just built a website with no web building knowledge through Site Build It. It's simple and inexpensive and unbelievalbe. In fact i'm building more content every day and my husband who paid thousands for his website walks in every day in awe of how easy it is to build a site without html for a few hundred dollars.

I highly recommend this web hosting http://dreamhost.pinologic.com
