Need a nice cozy Room / Atmosphere to rent out for Hosting a Party?...?

I just started selling candles and clothing an things like that, but I live in a place where it would not be sufficient enough for a group of people to be at, nor host a party at or for anything.

I need suggestions, Good Suggestions, beyond asking to use someone's place or hosting it at someone's house and giving them part of a sample or discount and such, not that I mind, but I want to feel in control at my own party I am running for my business, and then things tend to get complicated sometimes in those types of situations, just not up to that.

I would like to find a place I can rent out, For Cheap, just every so often, that would be cost effective, yet Cozy, and pretty convenient for everyone involved to get to, keep in mind, it is for selling a clothing line, candles, jewelery, bath and body, and such things.

ANY IDEAS? As of WHERE I MIGHT BE ABLE TO HOST THIS TYPE OF EVENT A FEW TIMES A WEEK? Maybe something that has a few chairs, sofa(s) pherhaps, would be nice, etc?...

PS: I live in San Diego, CA.

I would call the bed & breakfast inns in your area-- they might be able to rent you their sitting room (in my experience, not a lot of people use them except the people actually running the place). It's cozy, with sofas-- even if they don't rent them out usually, they might be able to do it for you as extra income, since they're home-based businesses themselves.

Try to local town hall. Community center. Most of them rent out the buildings but give the deposit back after you leave it clean.
In my area the banks and hotels have rooms you can rent for meetings and parties like that. You could contact the chamber of commerce they would be able to tell you what is available.

I believe you need a very stable hosting for your business.I recommend Clustered Failover hosting.
A cluster is a group of servers networked together to share the work load. Failover is the process of transferring operation of a failed server to a backup server to ensure websites remain online even due to hardware failure or maintenance. Failover is used to host mission critical websites that require constant availability.
I hosted my business websites on this web hosting, so far really satisfy with my decision. And it's cheap though, Start from $1/M to $14.99/M, depends on what you need. You can check it at, http://www.111hosting.com

I know restaurants have private rooms. When I was young and working at Shoneys we had a jewlry group in twice a month. They never ordered food and paid for their own drinks. It was a weekday evening and we didn't need the private room for anything anyway.

Find an available space for inexpensive rent.

try the back of a church where they teach Sunday school and explain your situation and see if you can offer donation in return of use or life time supply of candles for Alter boys.......lol
