Im 15 years old and i need help in starting a business website - with no cost as i have little money?

I really need help, everywhere i search i just find websites that say or "claim" that they give you free business starter ups and free domain and web hosts but i find there are additional costs involved -always- i have literally looked everywhere and i really need guidance in to where i can go to get some no-charge straight from the heart support and assistance, i have a lot of skill and knowledge in business and other things intwined with it all i need is opportunity that will let me bloom- anything will help me at this point in time :) Thank You for reading my plead
