Sims 2 ; Open for Business Q's?

Hey, okay well I recently bought Open for Business, I own a restuarant, and I'm trying to get a manager so I don't always have to be there, I made him a host and he got a gold badge, and I've made him a server and chef for quite awhile and he isn't getting absolutely any badges for those. Is there like a cheat for badges, I normally refuse cheats but this is pissing me off, or how do I exactly get him to be manager?

Or keep checking for employees that have high ranks and u should soon find someone. u could check www.modthesims2.com Here what someone answered on the sims2.com forum I took the liberty to look it up for you and this is the answer they gave....... "hmmm, the option should be there. first of all find the sim who can be the manager, go to your employee stats on the business task bar and find whichever employee you have (it will probably be the last one you needed to give a pay rise to) with at least 5 points in badges, so they could have say, 2 silver badges and 1 bronze, or any other combination, then click on that sim go to management and see if the option is there, it may be under assign.... though I'm not too sure on that. if you don't find it you could try asking for help with it on the OFB board as someone there may be able to help you a bit better
