How much salary should I request for co-hosting an instructional video series?

I will be teaching Chinese in English and Chinese. We will tape one-hundred 30 minute episodes. It will be produced by a newly opened American-run business, and taped in Shanghai. I live in China, so there is no direct expense for flights, although I do go home every year. The taping should last two to three months, and they want to pay me a monthly salary if I do full-time. If part-time, they want to pay by the hour. Can you help?

It probably depends on how popular the video's are in the end. The more people buy them the more money you should get.
