What is the best way to market my web hosting company?

I have my webhosting company set up at tntservice.net, however, I am rather strapped for cash and cannot really afford to do google or yahoo advertising. How can I, cheaply, get word out about my business?

Bade offers some really good ways to promote businesses but make sure you learn as much as you can about marketing because your customers will rely on you for advice on marketing their websites down the road.
