Getting error 999 when trying to log onto small business website i'm building?

I tried my security key (once) incorrectly, would this have anything to do with that? If so, anyone know how I fix this? I live really far from the states, c ant afford a 30min long distance call to their website hosting line..

also, anyone know what do do if I can't remember my postcode when I signed up for account?

Security key issue has been resolved.
