Howard Stern is a famous TV talk show host. Deborah Roach, a self-described topless dancer, was a perennial guest on the Howard Stern show. She died of an overdose at age 27. Deborah was cremated. Her family gave her remains to Chaunce Hayden, (her close friend) with the understanding that he would preserve and honor her remains in an appropriate manner. Are there tort issues? What honor did a Topless dancer have to preserve? Hayden is a dimbulb and should never have been entrusted with the remains if the parents were responsible people and had a shread of honor themselves.. This whole thing is a big waste of time! |
