Howard Stern is a famous TV talk show host. Deborah Roach, a self-described topless dancer, was a perennial guest on the Howard Stern show. She died of an overdose at age 27. Deborah was cremated. Her family gave her remains to Chaunce Hayden, (her close friend) with the understanding that he would preserve and honor her remains in an appropriate manner.

Hayden took the cremated remains to Stern鈥檚 talk show. Stern and Hayden made crude comments during the show that were broadcast on national television.

Roach鈥檚 family sued Stern, Infinity Network, and Hayden for tort damages?
