Well my friend first dont get the concepts all mixed up;
you dont build the website with the hosting service, you host your files at the hosting service.
now to know which hosting service is good for you, its necessary that you determine your needs such as: are you using server side code, do you require frontpage extentions support, do you need mysql,postgres databases, how much bandwidht do you need.
try ipower, or just google around
