Justify your answer?

How would you decide which Web site hosting option should an online business use? Justify your answer.

It should be fast, reliable, with good technical support

It must depend a lot on how large and mature the business is and what type of business it is. For example, a large corporation probably doesn't take a chance subcontracting it's networking and server facilities to the typical hosting facility. Nor could a bank, hospital, government or records data bank because the data is too critical. They want organic control over the hosting facility, meaning they're the boss and not somebody else. Essentially they own their own servers. But a small start up business may find it most efficient to outsource it's hosting operations.

I agree with Big Kahuna, from my experience reliability and support is the most important, then you can choose the features you want depending on your needs
